i need fast help i replaced both air brake regulator valves, [ the ones over each drive axle,] 1 was leaking ant i thought better do both for safety, well the rear one works fine but the front one leaks air out the bottom exhaust port, the lines will only fit one way and im positive ive got them on correctly [ this isnt the first one of these ive done] i disasembled the valve and didnt find anything wrong in there the big 'plastic disc" on top moves smoothly and the small one on the bottom under the spring moves also, i put the old valve back on but itleaks too, [ it leaked when i started] i should mention the new valve leaks when the park brake is realeased, not when it is applied, can it be anything other than a bad new regulator valve? is there anything i can do to run tommorrow, this has already cost me a lost 800 bucks due to not being able to run the truck plus the parts, plus the whole weekend messing with it, the parts house will have another valve in tommorrow, sorry for the long ot post but i needed to supply as much info as possible to get a solution, thanks ericlb
