when I haul 2 or 3 - 5 gallon cans of gas in my pick up truck with a case of oil in the back of the bed do I need flammable or hazardous placards on the side of my truck,,, these should be put right next to my usdot number right??
wait I feel like picking my nose do I need a permit for that too,,,
give me a break its a drum of oil, put it in the truck bring it to the destination and do the job,,, lets have all kinds of regulations for everything that we do,,,
as long as its strapped down and he isnt "LOOKING" for a place to find out if he needs the thing placarded who's gonna stop him.
Is your son willing to take the hazmat CDL license test every two yrs, go for his physical for the cdl and everything that goes with it??
