I know about the loose of a leg because of back problems. Before I had the surgery it was all I could do to use my left leg and to even get out of bed. Then after the surgery I was pushed to do some work that I had no business doing and doing that had left me disabled. So I'll say this. If you doctor say you can't lift 10 lbs then you can't lift 5lbs. He he says stay in bed other then going to the bathroom do so. I had the L-5-S-1 disk removed which is the last one in the back and yes it has caused problem since but at least I can walk now and do things at my own pace. As far as the SC I'm done with it and its up for sale since I don't need it for any thing on the farm.
