Would be impossible to retrofit some of the older tractors. Say for instance the Case's, the engine is not a component engine like a Cummins... it is cast in such a way that it is part of the "frame" of the tractor. It would take someone recasting entirely new blocks to retrofit them plus all the electronics. I beleive it is just for production vehicles after certain model years but does sound like they want some of the already built vehicles to be retrofitted which sounds ridiculous.
