Its not an anti-siphon system but a thermo-siphon system. Big question is does it leak past the heli-coil or the bolt or both. If its both then you have a problem that will be hard to fix unless you can pull the heli-coil back out. My self I have had good luck using silicone gasket sealer to stop leaks on stud bolts but as I said if its the coil treads that leak then you need to pull them and seal those treads also
