As I read it, certain Sellers will be able to leave only POSITIVE feedback for BUYERS. And for BUYERS who leave NEGATIVE feedback for SELLERS and are themselves (buyers) later suspended, that feedback will be removed from the SELLERS list. All the negs I have accumulated were in retaliation for negs I left for crummy sellers. Most of my transactions have turned out very well. Unresolved problems about 1% of the time. Never had a neg as a seller. Lots of bad transactions are not posted in feedback because of possibility of retaliation. I saw one buyer (no sales listed for him) who had over 900 positive feedbacks and 3 negatives. But he had posted 63 negatives for the sellers. Mostly complaints saying did not get item and wanting refund. 7% of shipments lost? No way! And he did not post feedback for me , but claimed item broken when arrived and wanted refund. I bet he does this with most of his buys and thus gets many for free.
