i use the crack cream works pretty good, thats just what my wife buys me, the first thing you have to do is seal the cracks up though, lock tight would work but i use plain old super glue. seals cracks stops hurting just about that fast. been doin it for years wife used thougth it was dumb till she started doin it to, now swears by it. even uses it some on her patients, she works hospis. just my 2 cents you can take it for what it worth johndeeregene
