If you do not intend to run the tractor on the road like going from one field to the other and it being some distance between fields dont worry about it. The only time you need the tires to have the same amount of water and antifreeze is if you are roading the tractor. Unequale water level in the wheels will cause the tractor to wabble down the road in road gear. This wabble will cause you to loose control and you will try to plow down a fence or plow up a tree. Maybe a car or truck. If you are using it as you say I would not worry about it, just make sure it has antifreeze in it and the water is not froze in the tire before moving the tractor.
