It would probably make sense to have equal weight on each rear wheel, so the tractor pulls even. The single wheel with fluid was for plowing. The major issue I have had with fluid in the tires of old tractors is rust. Some where along the way you get a little leak, usually around the valve stem and before you know it you need a new rim. Rims are very expensive. I would recommend you have the fluid drained and get some wheel weights.
