My piles aren't 15 years old, but they're getting there. I have a smaller ranch, so it grows at a much slower rate.
I've been meaning to read up or ask around about spreading it over my pastures. The problem is, my piles (like most, I'm sure) have LOTS of pine shavings and I'm not sure how good that would be for the dirt.
