I've lost 95lbs since August. I'm in alot of pain 24/7/365 and eat when the pain gets unbareable thus my huge weight gain. I topped at about 315/lbs at 5ft-11 in mid August, about because my scale wouldn't read above #300...lol
All I did was go to eating nothing but steak (3/4 to 1# eh) and vegetables, good sized portions not skimping, no other type of food for the first 3mths and dropped 55lbs in the first two months. I then have slowly dropped the other 40lbs since that time but I started back with a few homemade malts and speggetti once a week, canned soop/crackers a couple times month.
I'm at #226 this morning. I'm heading back too 180# my weight before I got hurt. You might try this and see what happens.
