ltf, I have finally settled down with NAPA exide batteries. I am having my best luck in cca and durability. The NAPA dealer actually talked me out of a 1.000cca for my combine and instead used a 750. Reason being that the case was the same size and therefore the plates were closer together on the 1,000 cca and the life was shorter due to buildup. The worst luck I had was with Interstate Batteries. Don't know why, a lot of folks have great luck with them.
