Doing OK here. 7 schools in SW MO are closed today due to the storms. The first tornado went within 1/2 mile of the farm. Metal roofing pieces hung in the barbed wire fences. A neighbor had a protable corral set up to seperate the spring calves. The tornado moved a trailer full of corral panels 100 feet or so and parked it in the road ditch. A small mobile home park about a mile away was flattened. The gas station across the road was damaged but still standing. Power lines down.
One fatality, Eleven taken to area hospitals when I went to bed at midnite. News this morning says there were 63 tornado warnings issued over a 15 hour period in Southwest MO. It was a wild night. I"m getting to old for this.......
