You will love this story. I bought my Neptune used in 03. It came out of an estate sale so I didnt get any of the manuals. I called Maytag and told them I needed the manuals for the washer and dryer because I didnt get them when I bought the W/D. Then the lady asked me if I wanted to register for the warranty now since I was on the phone and they could just do it now instead of mailing in the cards. Of course being the honest guy I am I said, "Sure". Anyway, 729 days after that day with one day left on "My, LOL" warranty my washer takes a MAJOR DUMP! The motor crapped out, the seal was worn and the circuit board died! All of it replaced under warranty for a washer that was certainly more then 2 years old!
LOL!
PS. I have heard that Whirlpool is rated the best washer by Consumer Reports the past few years.
