Give them a light coat of silicone spray every 6 months. Silicone is nothing more than microscopic beads of glass and it takes 6 months for them to roll off.Heat the silicone oil up and it will turn into a sheet of glass. The silicone keeps ozone from attacking the rubber amd its the ozone (O2) that oxidizes the rubber. In other words---tire rust-lol,bob Spray it on the kitchen floor and you have a sock foot ice rink of sorts. Its fun to see a little kid try to walk on it in his sock feet.
