Could'nt you take the end of one pipe, place it on one side of the one to be cut, place it so the radius is deep enough into the pipe to be cut, mark it, do the same to the other side, making it even with the first on you marked out, as long as you cut it true, it ought to be a tight joint, maybe you'll grind it a little so you have some kind of bevel, if necessary, increases the surface contact area of the weld, but more common on a butt joint, not a tee I suppose, just thinking aloud here.
