Hmm, is it for getting county averages or reporting to IRS? I have been reporting the cash rent I have recieved since I bought the place. The little bit of a difference it makes I was not gonna take the risk. I wonder if it will be made public, if so it could really get the rent wars started again. I offered a couple neighbors $25/acre for some smaller feilds that a 3000+ acre farmer rents and they told me that was twice what they were getting. They are small feilds but very , very good soil, and with a little chicken poop they should do real good next year. What all could come out of this reporting that could be negative?
