I get annoyed by the telepains too. Dunno if Rudy calls your house or not with satellite TV service offers, but this computer automated voice calls once a day. Then theres the automated call telling me the warranty is about to expire on my vehicle, little do they know all my familys vehicles are all way past warranty. Then my mother periodically gives blood donations to the Red Cross, so they often call with blood drive information, then theres all the credit card and morgage offers. I kid you not if you ever tried to sleep in til noon which I do about every day since I often go to bed at 4:00AM you'd be awoken about 6 times on the average morning in this house by telemarketers, but whats really annoying is its the same ones peddling the same old stuff, making the same calls for months. I am so sick of Rudy and his pals pestering me!. Take the hint, I hung up on you the first 500 times and won't even listen to your gimicks, and I would never buy anything from them even if I needed it because I wouldn't want to give them any incentive to keep bothing me. But I know they do it because they must get some sales somewhere. Often times their rates are a little on the high side of what they are peddling and you could get a better deal through someone else. I hate the thought of the '08 elections coming up because then all those survey calls will start flooding in!, leave me alone!. Guess maybe should look into the do not call list, I think the telemarketing people are calling this house more often than they used to since so many are already on that list.
