AT&T is probably the most crooked company going. Why be nice, contact the PUC or, as has been suggested the attourney general. When AT&T took over Cingular, they wanted to play games, a call to the public utilities commission got almost instantaneous results and put a stop to them refusing to refund my credit balance on my cellular account. MCI use to play the same game, I got a supervisor one night, and made her repeat after me "NO, I DO NOT WANT MCI", it took about 6 lessons before she fully understood that I DID NOT want MCI. As I say, AT&T is a bunch of shysters, and deserve the same treatment. Did I mention that I HATE AT&T?
