I traded my MF20 with a MF32 loader to the Massey dealer in Danville, VA (Booker Motor Company, 434.822.8341). They might separate. I really liked the loader with the front pump better than the Bushhog loader I have on the replacement MF285 (which runs off the internal hydraulics). I did lots of heavy lifting with the MF20 and never needed any counterbalance. If it had been a diesel, I would still have it, I was not satisfied with the 3 cyl Perkins gas.
If your 30 has a 3 pt hitch, you can use a blade, box blade or landscaping rake. However, you can't mow (bushhog) or use a post hole digger. Before you invest in a loader, you need to decide how you want to use the tractor.
