We switched to JD "Plus 50 full synthetic 0W-40" oil last year and have been very happy with it. The part # for a 5 gal pail is TY 24351.
The Deere site clearly states the oil is "full-synthetic" but the container label--same part number-- clearly says "semi-synthetic". Anyone know anything about this?
Maybe we got an earlier version of the oil but one or the other of these labels is wrong and I don't know which one. The part number seems to be the same for both. Any ideas on this? [/i]
