If you ever need to lift high such as to put round bales in a tub grinder a 21 won"t work. The WL40 will do it, but if you ever have to buy new cylinders hang on to your billfold. They make the bucket cylinders a 19 inch stroke so you have to buy them from westendorf, and they cost twice as much as a 20 inch from anybody else. A friend of mine bought a new WL42 and before the warranty was up three of the cylinders were leaking and they did their best to weasel out of covering it. I"ve had good luck with my 40 except for the cylinders and westendorf has a good quicktach for the bucket, although there are others like Surlock that lock on to the pins on the bucket instead of having to put a bracket on the bucket.
