the "Clutch" is actually just a cog that slips from the non-rotating shaft onto the rotating shaft as you move the pto shift lever. the shift lever attaches to a small piece which i described above and seems to wear slighly and is enough to kick it out of gear. this piece has been replaced several time over the past few years and i know that is way to much for the small amout of mowing i do.
