I like Paypal too and I've used it 99 percent of the time when buying. The one time I had to do a money order it was a PITA and cost me money. I really wanted the item, however, and it wasn't an amount I would cry too hard over if I got burned so I did it.
The only thing I won't do is maintain a balance in Paypal's account system. Payments are transferred directly from my bank.
Reason is I've known of a few people getting sucked into ebay disputes and having their paypal account frozen. Doesn't matter if you have hundreds or thousands in there and the dispute is on a ten dollar item -- it all gets frozen til someone takes their sweet time getting to the bottom of it and you can't get your own money out. No thanks.
