Stuff listed on eBay shows up on search engine inquiries. Someone either needs a particular manual or they don't and if they need one they will be searching for it. So - if you have the manual they need listed on eBay, they might contact you. I don't think the longer-term exposure from an eBay store would increase your chances of selling those manuals. You can set a longer sale time with a regular listing.
