Basically the answer involves taking a piece of flat stock, grind a round edge to the back side, to match the diameter of the hub, then grind down the edges of this prybar to match the angled surfaces of the snap ring. Make it fit as tight as you can, then pry against both ears, till you can get an itty bitty screwdriver in one side, then work it around. Good luck!
