I don't have a dog in this fight so whatever this might be worth?? I see virtually no one who does any serious trailer towing for a living using GMs with Duramax. All Fords or Dodges w/diesels, duals and 5th wheel gooseneck trailers. I drive 5000 miles per month on interstates between Wis and NY. I personally think the Dodges got a bad rap from abuse by owners. When you get a truck loaded with sand and a snowplow jammed against a curb with all the torque that Cummins puts out, something will break. Just my opinion and what I see.
