OLD I had a quadruple bypass a few years back and a good friend of mine had open heart surgery to replace an artery in 1957 right after we graduated from high school. I know what he going though hopefully he will get the new surgery where they don't open the chest up. My daughter lives in Chadron, NE that's one state over I will let her know and maybe she can go by she was a great help for me when I in the hospital and not knowing if I would live or not. Today's Featured Article - Show Coverage: Argyle and Mt. Pleasant Labor Day Weekend Shows - by Cindy Ladage. The last fling before summer fades into fall and we get busy in the fields are the annual Labor Day tractor shows. Beginning on September 5th and running through the 7th, the Argyle Antique Gas and Engine Show is held at the Argyle State Park. Located in West Central Illinois, the pine forest was the setting for the opening of the 22nd show.
