The test is to put the shoe on the other foot. If this guy tries it on and doesn't mind that he could have had thousands more if his friend had told him, then it is fine. I think few that have thought it was a great deal would like to have this deal done to them. There would not be many friendships intact. But, hey he got a great deal, apparently that's all that matters to most. I doubt this guy calls the "friend" and tells him what happened. It is difficult to put a price on friendship, but I think this guy sold one at $14,250.
