I sure appreciate getting those parts, just as I can readily get parts for my 1995 F150 (same basic truck that I first bought 30 yrs ago in 1965). However, when I can no longer get parts for this machine, I won't be replacing it.Since I farm for a living, I don't have the privilege of setting prices like manufactures do. If farmers could use the same cost structure you describe, we would all be using the latest and greatest machinery while listening to the cries of the public over high food prices. BTW, this dealer has been in business for well over 60 yrs, hasn't had a mortgage for many,many years and are multi millionaires. JD came to them several times before they took on the JD dealership as Deere insisted that they not carry other lines eg. Kubota and Honda. They are still a very large Kubota and Honda dealership as well!!
