I have a snapper lawn mower with a v-twin briggs on it. It is next to brand new, but is 4-5 years old. I got it when my Grandpa died. I used it this summer and now it will not turn over and the starter clicks and is trying to do something. I have completely charged the battery and it is good. I cannot even pull the cord to turn the motor. I pulled the plugs and still it will not turn over. I am guessing it is seized, or rusted somehow. I sprayed some wd40 in it to no avail. The pistons are on their sides so not much wd stays in the chamber. What is my next step?
