I Have a 1979 Ford 2600 3 cyl gans tractor. It sat outdoors for two years under a cover. When I tried to start it I found the engine would not turn. It has a down tube exhaust system, so I do not beleive water got into the engine. The anti-freeze in it still tests down to 25 degrees Below zero. The tractor will roll in neutral. I have been putting Marvel mystery oil in the cylinders for weeks and trying to turn the flyheel with no luck. Not a lot of room to get at the crankshaft bolt. Am I overlooking something? Could it be something else other then rusted pistons. Any tricks or techniques to try to free up the engine. Any advice is appreciated
