I am from the thumb of Mi. I would try to take the best pieces and sell the rest. I think it would be hard to find good equipment in the UP. Stuff up the gets pretty tough use. Do you need 4 backhoes etc. I know in Ny you have several places but if you move I would think you would only have 1 place. If you shop around you might get goos deals on hauls. I worked with a truck broker and got some good deals on hauling equipment as it was put on with a larger paying load.
