Had a 16 mile round trip commute for 21 years, got the shaft from that company. Commuted 24 miles round trip for a month as a temp millwright, then was snatched up by a competing company (for people), and the commute has been 18 miles round trip for the past 7 years, mostly 4 lane highway (and Pa road construction of course).
