More than likely you will need a New Process 205 gear drive cast iron transfer case. It seems like my old 1976 ford 3/4 ton hi boy truck had a place on the side of the transfer case where there was a cover where you could take it off and put a pto unit on there. It is really pretty common on some of the utilty trucks for the power companies. You could probably go to a truck junkyard and pick up the entire unit off a running truck. Good luck.
