Absolutely not. His name is Don. He's a nice guy. Charges $13 and I see him every 3 weeks or so. I never need to tell him how to cut hair. He knows that I won't shop around and that I won't tip him. I hand him a $20 and he gives back all of my change. If he charged $9.25 or some such, I might tip him. Waiters and waitresses are a whole different issue to me; I tip them very well. I think it is also important to patronize a good business if you get good service. Even if the price is a little higher than the market.
