Would be smart if he had $59,000 somewhere right now. Instead he has a $18,000 truck that he paid $38,000 for with Equity money, a $2000 ATV, that he paid close to $5000 for, and a car that is worth maybe $8000, that was they paid close to $15,000. So, if the house doesnt sell, he's basically paying on a ATV, Car, and truck, for 25 years?????? I do not beleive using home equity to borrow against is a smart move unless you are desperate, or have an investment plan, that will get that mortgage payed back, quickly, with extra left over. Ussually people borrow against to live a lifestyle they can not afford. Just my opinion and current charge in the financial part of my life.
