A neighbor caught 2 kids stealing gas last week. They took a cordless drill and punched a hole in the bottom of his 34 gallon gas tank (on his truck) They were filling a single ONE gallon jug with gas for their moped. The rest ran out on the ground.
Parents of the 2 kids were irate because the neighbor pointed a gun at them. They want the neighbor charged.
