My CIH 885 with 4 speed, high/low and TA will go about .4 mph at idle in the lowest speed (37 ft / minute) This seems to be pretty slow until you are sitting on a transplanter trying to plant a pepper or cabbage every 17" (about 2.5 sec per plant) Just ask my wife! Need about .25 mph or less, even .125 mph would be good.
I've been looking for something slower also so if you find 2 let me know. A hydro may be the way to go.
