Yes that is a powermaster. A powermaster is any tractor in the 801 series. Yours is a 851 from what I see. May be a 861 but I dought it.
The diesel motors are bad about spilling battery acid right on top of the model and serial # so they are often very hard to read. If you follow the link below and post the #'s from your tractor for the first 14 pictures we can narrow down the year for you. Since you have a engine casting # of B9NN6015 it is going to be a late 1959 to early 1961.
If you look in picture # 9 from the top you can see the plug for adding hyd oil just to the top and right of the black circle. In picture # 4 you can see the dip stick for checking the hyd fluid.
