The area south of Harmony according to radar didn't get hit to bad around 4 inches. The water has stopped coming over the dikes but now there is no electricity to run the pumps to pump out the water from the city. The call went out to farmers with manure pit pumps and several have showed up. I listened to a call to a state official about getting gensets and pumps. He said he would see what he could find, seems the government does not work on Sunday. Someone suggested to the seriffs office to call Ziegler a large Cat dealer. Gensets and pumps were on the way within the hour.
