If you poured it down a woodchuck hole, perhaps you could "kill two woodchucks with one pour".
I have around 2000 gals of 20% ethylene glycol. There are disposal companies that will take it for a fee. I think they turn around and sell it back to the anti-freeze companies.
It may be possible to use it as a feedstock for polyethylene. Most post-consumer plastics have scrap value. This is particularly true in Asia where you get the best prices.
