Most recycling facilities take used anti-freeze. My John Deere dealer gives it to farmers who need it to winterize their liquid fertilizer pumps. They call it "reconditioned". I would guess all they've done is filter it. After that second use I believe the old rule "the solution to pollution is dilution" probably applies for most.
