Well since you could spin it up the way you did theres about a 95% chance its the cap. Just had that happen a few weeks ago on my home A/C unit then a week later the compressor went out. So far it has cost me $4800 to replace the whole unit but I did up grade to a heat pump. Now my wife is complaining its to cold in the house. Last week she complained it was to hot. Guess theres no pleaseing some people LOL. Oh by the way it was 104 yesterday and there talking it will be hotter today
