hawdy im 15 so I don’t have to pay much for my living(YET!!!!!!) but I run a small pastured poultry business and it generates enough income for me. If I were to expand and sell to gourmet chefs then I could probably support a wife (not too many kids though). The truth is these chefs and people who have money to do so want home grown all natural products. I live I Masura and the land is OK here (could use some rain). But truck farming is defiantly a possibility that I would look into. James P.S. Google JOEL SALITIAN this is the model I follow and it seams to work. oh yeah i live on 20 acres.
