They made a three point hitch for them. I have seen 2 of them in my travels several years ago.
Ask around some of these sites and you might get lucky and find one. There are still a lot of these 154 Lowboys around. I still have one but without the 3pt hitch. Also there probably are quite a few 154s sitting around that could possibly have the attachment that you are looking for.
