The Arps made in Wisconsin used a front bogy wheel that had a wheel disk bolted to a hub with studs - like the 8n's front wheels. The Bombidear ( spelling ?) made in Canada used a front bogy wheel that had the wheel disk held to the spindle only with a central nut. I have seen complete units go in the $500. and up range IF all the bracket are there.
