Hello. My name is Kayt and I am new to this message board. My husband Scott has asked for my help in trying to find out an approximate value and best place to list his tractor items for sale. We sold his Ford 8N tractor last year and the person who bought it did not want the half-tracks that were on it. We took them off and they are in our barn taking up space. My husband would like to sell them but we have no idea how much to ask for them or where to advertise them. Could someone please give me some information?
Thanks in advance,
Kayt

Most of those kits are rare, but all are very desirable to collectors. Welcome to the club!! I would google Ford 8N and there will be a bunch of sites. Look for a "Contact us" or something and call them.

Click the bottom left button, the one that says "Email John Smith"

He'll probally buy them or tell you who could or help you in some way

if the link doesnt work, google Ford 8N and click the first one

Just for your information, there were two main styles made for the N tractors. The Arps made in Wisconsin used a front bogy wheel that had a wheel disk bolted to a hub with studs - like the 8n's front wheels.
The Bombidear ( spelling ?) made in Canada used a front bogy wheel that had the wheel disk held to the spindle only with a central nut. I have seen complete units go in the $500. and up range IF all the bracket are there.

The only comment I can make is to gather lots of information before you put a price on them. As a collectors item, I think the demand would be fairly high.
