NO, please don't even try behind a pickup. SUV is even worse, as not as heavy sprung. Would likely be more like a half ton pickup. I have pulled a half dozen or so mobile homes over the years with farm tractors. About the 3rd one I pulled I nearly destroyed behind the 1066 IH. Axles on it were setting way to the back, so had way too much tongue weight. It was a 14x70, as have all the rest I have pulled. Anyhow, with the axles too far back, dropped off a culvert going thru two very tight county road corners. Hitch folded straight up on the front of the trailer when it dropped, was able to pull it up the pure dirt road another quarter mile or so to get it away from traffic then had to call a big wrecker to finish pulling. That was in Nebraska. I have pulled two in Illinois with my Ford 5000 diesel. It is barely enough. Advantage does go to the 5000 over the 1066 as you can see and hear what is going on behind you as the 1066 was a cab tractor. A pickup is even worse as to seeing and hearing. You will most certainly want someone in front and behind you with cell phones or CB at the minimum. By the way, I used to drive implement trucks including 18 wheelers and they are easier to corner than the mobile homes as you can see in the mirrors and you drive them every day.
