if they are sweating then don't touch them call the Sheriff that's what they get paid for.
If not sweating then cut then down the middle and burn them they burn real easy.

PS what you see sweating out is the pure Nitro that stuff will go boom if you drop it a few ft. onto the ground. When i was in Okinawa they sold lttle round balls with nitro in them you gave them a toss and they went boom. One guy had a pocket full of them an someone hit his pocket. Yes he had to by a new pair of pants.
